My wish this Christmas is for all my friends and family to have an amazing time and get what they deserve. This year I hope everyone gets to join in with the fun, poor and rich. In every house there should be at least one present for each and everyone in the world.
Once in a beautiful, colourful house lived two young girls called Emma and Lauryn. Emma and Lauryn love stories and their mum told them one every day. One day their mum told them a story about a skeleton fisherman that got sucked up by a mysterious whirlpool.
3 years later, the girls decided to look around the garden. They ran around and played games. Impressed, the girls saw a graceful lake and an elegant, spotless boat so they went on it and far out into the enormous lake.
“Wow,” Lauryn gently shouted, “it’s amazing.”
“I’ve never been in such a magical place before in my life.” Explained Emma.
“Aaaaahh!”the girls screamed. The wind started blowing, the lake started moving round and round, something popped up through the water and took the girls away! Luckily the girls could talk and breath under water…
Petrified, spooked and haunted, the movable mansion sat quietly in front of the gigantic moon. “Whooooooo!” The ghosts sing for the nightmares to wake up. “What was that?” An explorer asked himself. “Whooo!” He heard again. Swish! He looked behind him and saw a great big house. “Wow! What is this place?” Then his mouth got covered, rain started falling, he disappeared with all the nightmares. Now no one goes near the house.
Until two crazy young kids move in. Lana, seven, and Tara, eight. They have no idea that the nightmares lay ahead. They move in with a dog, that is crazy like them, called Twinkletoe. The nightmares have their own nightmare, crazy young kids (especially girls). “Yay! I love this new place!” shouted Lana. “Me too, yay!” Tara said back. “Ahhhhh!” the nightmares screamed so loud that the girls couldn’t hear them. When the girls sleep, the ghosts stay hidden, when they go outside, the ghosts stay hidden.
One day, a new ghost (a big ghost) comes to the rescue and becomes the boss of them all. They all make a plan together and the plan is that they will all just come out and scare the girls away. So that’s what they did. Before they did that, at midnight the moon came out very bright and a wolf came as well. So they decided that the wolf will do all the scaring. Luckily, the wolf agreed to it.
In the morning, the nightmares waited in the girl’s room so when the girls wake up the wolf will scare them straight away. Lana slowly opened her eyes. “Ahhhh! It’s so cute,” she squealed as Tara wakes up. “You’re right, it is.” They both looked different ways and saw loads of ghosts. “Come on out little ghosts.” Tara whispered politely and they all followed out one by one. Apart from the boss because he wanted to be in charge of the house. “And you.” they said together but he refused. So the girls just went off with the others and had fun together. The boss ghost got so cross that he flew away and never came back.
A week later, the house looked totally different. The house was pink, there were decorations everywhere and inside they were always having parties.
Frightening, terrified and horrid, the dark black jets fly through the sky over all the bombing and explosions. Meanwhile, Tommy was watching the furious explosions. His older brother Max shouted to him “Tommy come down hear now!” Tommy rushed down and grabbed his precious things.
Mum told Tommy and Max to quickly go and get their younger sisters Ariana and Esme. “AAaaaaaaaaa!!!” Esme screamed as everyone ran upstairs including Ariana. They grabbed the girls and ran outside as quick as they can into the shelter. Tommy ran back inside with no explanation.Awfully he went to get his dads picture and a big bad explosion happened.Max went after him and grabbed his arm and ran back to the shelter.” What were you thinking?”shouted Max. “Get in ,quick.” Mum whispered. The two boys jumped in and mum shut the door and they couldn’t come out until the bombing ended.
On Thursday the 5th of October the whole school took part in a music day. KS1 and KS2 had different activities.
In year 6 we first did percussion with different instruments to make it sound nice with Mr.Oakton. There was a big drum called a Sudu which was the main part to keep everything else in time. There is even another which is called the counter sudu to help the sudu keep everyone in time. Two peple were on a Sudu each and two people were on a counter Sudu each.
Next we did some body percussion with a man who came in to teach us. He got us to say what part of our bodies make sounds. People said clicking, clapping, heel drop, stamping, hitting your chest and lots more. We learnt a really hard dance to make noises.
Then we did some singing with Miss Smith and Mr . Machin. We did Little Do You Know, Human, Uptown Funk, Power and many more. My favourite song to sing was Power because I love Little Mix.
After lunch we went on garage band with Mr. Bellingham. In garage band I worked with Jack and we made great music.
Last but not least we went to Miss Miller’s class and used songs and a subject to write words for it. For that I worked with Jack, Taya and Jasmine. We did ours about Dominoes Pizza and the song was Shut Up And Dance.
My favourite part was the garage band because I really like making songs and I love the song we made.
